*All goods purchased from AVERFOCUS come with one year parts replacement warranty; some model may have longer warranty up to 3 years.
*All returning freight and insurance cost will be borne by the customer.
*D.O.A (Dead on arrival) items MUST return to AVERFOCUS within 7 working days upon purchase.
*Shipping charge and credit card charge are not refundable due to any reasons caused by any parties.
*Original invoice must be presented for any warranty claims
*Refund /Exchange could be made within 7 days from the date of purchase, with full return of its original packaging in good condition. 20% restocking fee will apply.
*Faulty goods returned will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent product depending on avaiable stock.
*To return goods to AVERFOCUS, you MUST first request a RMA number from AVERFOCUS via fax or email, prior to returning the goods.
